This latest update will also bump up your OS build number to 14393.953. You can verify that after installing the update, hitting the Windows key, and type: winver and hit Enter. Since this is a Cumulative update, you should receive it automatically or if you like to stay on top of things head to Settings > Update & security > Windows update and download it....

At the Metro Start screen, simply use the Keyboard Shortcut Windows Key + R. That brings you to the Desktop with the Run line displaying. Type: control userpasswords2 and press Enter. The user Accounts screen comes up. Uncheck Users Must Enter a User Name and Password to Use this Computer. Click OK. The system prompts you to enter in each User Account password for security purposes. Click OK. The next time you log in to Windows 8, you still get the Login Screen, but the system logs you in automatically without having to enter a password, PIN or picture Gesture first....

One of the biggest features missing from IE9 is a spell-checker. Microsoft might have overlooked this in an effort to promote productivity of their Online Office suite, or they might have just decided it was too much work to include it. Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Safari all have spellcheckers; whatever the reason, Microsoft dropped the ball here –and Speckie is picking it up! The Speckie extension adds free spell-checking to IE9 that looks just like the checker you’d see in Chrome or Firefox....
