Loki to Premiere on Disney Plus June 9th
Marvel dropped the following video today which you can view below. It feature’s Loki’s lead actor, Tom Hiddleston, letting all MCU fans know about the date change. Loki features the God of Mischief as he steps out of his brother’s shadow in a new series that takes place after the events of “Avengers: Endgame.” Tom Hiddleston returns as the title character, joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant. Kate Herron directs “Loki,” and Michael Waldron is head writer. In the latest trailer, we see that Loki has been taken prisoner by the Time Variance Authority (TVA). He is recruited by the TVA leader, Mobius, to help fix the broken timeline. While the trailer shows what appears to be a “buddy cop” style show, there will undoubtedly be several twists and turns along the way. It will undoubtedly set up more mind-bending time travel action, too.
